I will not be going here again. The last 2 pedicures I had were done by "Michael". The first time he was just obnoxious and talking to me nonstop. He did not do a very good job on my paint. When I went back last week I got "Michael" again. This time instead of just being obnoxious with his chatter, he was completely inappropriate in his conversation (I use this term loosely as I did my best to ignore him). I honestly could not believe the things he was saying to me. Completely inappropriate. You won't see me in here again.

I love their work (nail art is great) but their prices are really high- make sure any move you make you ask how it’ll effect the price. If you are leaving with your nails done with any art, expect to be spending $100 minimum. Additionally, be prepared to 𝐖𝐀𝐈𝐓. I came in at 2pm. They wrapped my fingers with acetone to remove my prior set of nails. I had been sitting half an hour. Another woman came in, while I am sitting. She was taken bc she knew a lady that worked there. Another half hour goes by, I’m watching as this woman is halfway done… and I’m still sitting there with acetone on my fingers. An HOUR later. I asked to leave, and the man who works there (I think he runs the place- if you get him, he is amazing. Prompt, amazing work) got someone to come help me right away. But man, I was FRUSTRATED. I was there three and a half hours, to get my nails taken off and new ones put on. JUST acrylic, not even a top coat or color at all. $65. The awesome guy knocked me down to 50 after i argued a bit for it. But i cant keep going to a place where i regularly spend half my day to get my nails done. i loved going there, but the regular extreme waits killed it for me. Are used to be a regular customer and go about every two weeks… I started doing my own nails after my last set cost $135. It has been maybe three months and I thought I would give it another try… One of the reasons I stopped going before was because of the really long wait times… I am super sad and disappointed to say the wait time seems to have even increased. At least for me anyway

I'm visiting from out of town and decided to go with my sister to get our nails done. This place was OK. It was clean. Nicely decorated. WARNING - GET ARE CHARGING EACH CLIENT AN ADDITIONAL $5 FOR Cleaning NO MATTER WHAT SERVICE IS SELECTED . The pedicure stations are in the back. We both got a general pedicure which took roughly 30 minutes. They use hot stones however they aren't very warm and they were literally run up and down my calves one time and set aside. Lotion was applied once fairly quickly and my toes were painted. Not really worth the money but the chair massage was nice and the water was warm. We went upfront for the manicures. Again, things were done very quickly and half hazardly. The hand massage was less then a minute for both hands and the hot towel was applied and removed in about 2 minutes. Lotion to my hands was applied one time. The most amount of time was used in my fingers soaking in warm water and at the end in painting my nails. My nails were painted fairly well and I was left under the dryer for an undetermined amount of time with no one checking in. We finally went up to the register to wait to pay for the service before leaving. Overall, my normal place is ALOT better but the time with my sister was priceless. This wouldn't be my go to place but it was just ok.
