Definitely a clean and quiet environment and I liked that it was open 24 hours. I do believe the sales department at this location should probably learn top down selling. You give people bare minimum prices and by the time you add on classes or anything your biweekly rate is insane. I was told that a class would be included in a certain plan, just to learn it was yoga. They should have known that I wasn't interested in yoga when they asked me questions in the beginning so of course the class I wanted was much more. So if inflation has affected you this isn't the place. Also they should probably stop advertising free 7 day passes because I had to pay $30 non-refunded for my pass even with returning their key fob.

Great place. The staff are enthusiastic, supportive, and encouraging. The coaches care about the clientele and are knowledgeable and professional in their approach to teaching and training.

The gym is good, been going here for years and it’s still my favorite. But would it kill you all to play music besides classic rock?Thank you for the review and membership! We are happy to change the music for you. :)

This is one of the best gyms to go to unload stress! I feel so comfortable coming to this gym because the staff is friendly and most of the members are nice too!!.
