Food is good but they gave me the basic bread sticks when I ordered garlic Parm. They also forgot all my extra sauces and packets that ya have to pay for. Call but no one ever picks up.

Reluctantly ordered from here because my favorite pizza place was closed. I have to say Papa John's has stepped up their pizza game over the years in my opinion. Actually the pizza was pretty good. I think the trick to Papa John's is eat it while it's hot! Four Stars because the ordering process was super annoying. I called ahead and got sent to some call center some place, I was forced to listen to many ads while I waited my turn to get the call answered. This is my first time going to Papa John's in a long time, I would go back.

We ordered, waited in store.. They gave our pizza away accidentally to a woman who walked in. Then remade the pizza and it was undercooked with extra cheese we did not ask for. Sloppy, greasy, floppy mess 🤮 will not be returning to this location.We are sorry to hear about your recent experience with us!
