The manager at this PetSmart keeps changing their price matching rules on the fly. I went in there one time with a price match from a competitor. They said they couldn't honor it because they only accept price matching from their own PetSmart.com website, Chewy.com which PetSmart owns, and Walmart. The next time I tried to get a price match with them from the Walmart price they refused saying they don't accept Walmart even though the previous time they said they did. So, PetSmart doesn't really price match their competitors. The posted sign saying they do is a lie. However, they did tell me I could bring a receipt and they would match it but what's the point of doing that? If I have the receipt then I've already bought it. In my opinion, their price matching is dishonest. I'm going to find someplace else to go for my pet's needs. Preferably a place without a credibility problem.

Brenda is a 10/5! I came in today, looking to get me daughter her first lizard. I had done my research but Brend took the time out of her day to explain the process with me, All the dos and donts of how to raise of Geico, things to watch for etc. She went above and beyond and showed what customer service is all about. She even had a rude customer keep trying to interrupt her helping me and she made sure to kindly assure her help was on the way. Apologized and went right back into her explanation without skipping a beat. She deserves a raise!
