We have been going to this Petsmart for over 10 years. This was the worst experience we ever had and it will be the last. We set up grooming appointments for 2 of our dogs. A Yorkie and a English bulldog. The appointment was for both dogs at the same time. My wife got there 10 minutes early. The grooming associate was rude and asked why she was early. Then she said they couldn’t take both dogs at the same time because the Yorkie would take longer and they couldn’t put the bulldog in the cage . They wanted my wife to take one the the dogs home until they were done and then drive back with the other. They knew what kind of dogs we have and didn’t have the courtesy to let us know before hand . This was not an issue in the past to bring both dogs but now it’s an issue. My wife voiced her displeasure with the manager which he could care less. Ten years of buying dog and cat food , supplies,and grooming with them . That ends now. They have lost our business.

I absolutely love Tiffany. She has been grooming my very temperamental difficult Pomeranians for years. She always goes above and beyond. I wouldn’t know what to do without her. She really is a gift. She isn’t just our groomer. She is our person!!! I am so grateful for her. Thank god for the few positive people in this world.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The aisles were organized and items were clearly marked. Seasonal items are available. They had a decent amount of fish, only guinea pigs available, and some birds--a smaller selection of animals compared to others. The facility seemed to be clean and well-kept. There were a good amount of items on sale, so it's worth stopping by to take a look. Overall a good experience.
