I just left this wonderful spa!!!! Michelle was WONDERFUL! She was very personal level and friendly. You could tell she loved what she does and she worked out all of those sore spots in my back in just 1 hour. I will be going back to Michelle and Massage Envy!!!!

Very unhappy we went to the wrong location and call the location and told them we would be 20 minutes late they said it would be no problem when we got there they deducted the late time off the amount of massage which should’ve been 60 minutes and we only got 20 minutes we had a gift certificate for $75 they kept the whole certificate and we ended up paying that amount for a 20 minute massage customer service was last thing at this location and they did not do anything to satisfy the customer Would not recommend this location

Had a last minute back issue and this location was very accommodating. They had a 90 minute slot open but I was too far away to make the full 90, so the masseuse was kind enough to take an early break to accommodate my schedule. Staff was extremely friendly and informative. They asked about my injury and how it happened and then offered ways to help improve and avoid future pain. Masseuse was very helpful in telling me where my blood isn’t circulating well and what parts of my body were right and needing attention.

The guy that did my massage used way too much oil, which just makes me feel like all the pores in my body are clogged, so I start itching all over until I take a shower and scrub it all off. Even then, I have to take benadryl and use hydrocortisone!
