Staff here are the greatest. Really very nice and hard-working. They are often slammed — crazy-busy, but remain just as polite and efficient. The film crew loves it for a quick bite/drink. This has been our go-to during the entire Covid mess. They are very mindful of handling your order and interacting with you. Food? It’s fast-food. And I rate it high marks based on that. People are critiquing it like they think they’re dining at The Capital Grille. This particular McDonald’s is a popular stop, so your getting your food freshly made. Always fix any problems with your order, without any hesitation. This is one of the most courteous group of people we’ve ever met on the road, dishing out fast-food. Cannot say the same for the one in King of Prussia, near Target. If not for this McDonald’s and a few fav Wawa locations, the crew wouldn’t stand a chance through this pandemic 😷 We’ve hit this McD’s multiple times each week for a quick, on-the-run breakfast and/or late-night bite/sweets before calling it a night.

Ordered Bacon, Egg, and Cheese on a Bagel at Drive-Thru. Paper on Sandwich said B, E, and C on Bagel. Got to destination 20 min. away, it was SAUSAGE. Seriously, do I have to unwrap it while there to make sure it is what ordered?

This was an amazing fast food experience!!! Positively epic!!! Wonderful hot salted french fries ...not too salty, not too hot...pretty much right in the Goldilocks zone!!! The burger was a wondrous creation with just the right amount of ketchup and mustard with absolutely marvelous pickles. The pickles were not too tart and the burger was cooked to the equivalent of culinary perfection. The burger was topped with and amazingly tasty slice of cheddar cheese that was melted to perfection. Truly a magnificent combination of ground beef, cheese and pickles that rivaled the finest burger ever created on this planet. And to top it all off ...an ice cold Diet Coke that was a delightful treat.

Slow service. No napkins and not enough cup lids for customers. Had to ask for both. Had to ask for my receipt. Person walked away from the register and ignored the customer after me. Manager had to take over at register. A person from the drive thru had to come in the store as they were not given fries at the drive thru. Women employee did not help the 2 people that came in after me. This is the worst McDonald's store. Did not get hamburgers there as they are over cooked every time I have been to their Brookhaven PA store on Edgmont Avenue (Route 352) This is why I ordered chicken mcnuggets instead. Had a long wait for fries so my chicken Mcnuggets got cold. Only stopped at this store to save time which did not happen as my order took to long.
