I feel very fortunate; my space in this park is very peaceful and my neighbors are lovely people. I love that this park is animal friendly! I have lived here for several years; management (Joni) has been so sweet and helpful with me - she helps me out when I’m not sure how to fix things around my RV. She tries her best and she looks out for the park, keeping it safe. I feel lucky to live here!

The manger appeared to be intoxicated and possibly on something else when she drove us around the park to show us spaces. She was over familiar us, called other park renters "crack heads" and attempted to convince us to move into a spot without an application. She was overly dramatic in most interactions, causing me and my partner concerns over how she might interact with us should we move into that park. Overall it was a very well kept park, one of the best we looked at. However we are so concerned about the way the parks manager acted we will not be turning in application.

The attitude of Joni the manager is confrontational and, hateful! She makes communicating virtually impossible! She changes anything you say into something bad that seems to give her an excuse to be mean and disagreeable! In my experience with her, she had me checking every month for an availability space and reprimanded me for doing so! In the last confrontation, she screamed at me for trying to turn in an application! She’s very disrespectful and I’m almost sure is Manic Depressive off her medication! There are four spaces vacant but, she claims they aren’t available?? I think the owner of the park cannot be aware of Joni’s behavior as she isn’t doing her job managing the property. She is taking advantage of her position and creating a very bad image for the park! This was a terrible experience!

Have friend that still live there never see any trouble think having bikers there is a good think no one wants trouble with them

If you are talking about renting a unit from the manager Jodie space 79. She is not aloud to have a side business within the place of business she is working at . Conflict of interest she also bullies attendance and discriminates people she called Hillbilly's which is everybody at the park she came over to my lot. And in a drunken rage she attempted to smash one of my cement blocks and failed miserably she also brought over a tenant that was staying temporarily. lied to the cops when they got there and said he worked. It took her a year and the cops to bring it up to her attention that I didn't have the rules for what the park requires and she can't even follow the rules that is printed on the pamphlet I do not recommend running anything from her nor staying at the park she is an awful person to live with or around she starts rumors within the tenants and doesn't diffuse conflict when it arises she actually puts more wood into the fire
I wanna say it was like $250 / week....
