Easy to make an online appointment and price of the repair was disclosed before the appointment was booked. The rep at the store was professional and courteous. He disclosed the cost once again before he started the repair and also was accurate with the time estimate. I would recommend this business if your phone needs repaired.

I came in a few months ago to get my cracked screen replaced. All seemed well and good until today when I took my phone into the Apple store for a battery replacement. They had asked if I had taken my phone for repair at a third party store, to which I replied yes for a screen replacement. The Apple tech could tell immediately. Why? Because of how poorly CPR had put together the inner parts of my phone. They told me that screws were missing and that they had barely used any adhesive to attach my battery which is a fire hazard might i add, said my phone could’ve caught on fire based on how poorly the battery had been reinstalled. I paid upwards of $400 to CPR for my repair; I suspect they did a rush job on my phone and only cared about making the outside look pretty and completely butchering the reinstallment of the inside of my phone. I was non the wiser until issues started months later as a result. Do yourself a favor and only bring in your iPhone to an Apple back service provider like Best Buy or the Apple store themselves. Disgraceful

Stopped in a few months ago to get my Zagg screen protector replaced. It was under warranty, but none of the local CPR shops had it in stock. Zagg sent me a protector to get installed by one of the CPR locations they work with. After a horrible experience at another CPR location, I went to West Chester. They were very professional & my phone was fixed & I was on my way quickly. I called Zagg to let them know my experience at this location was wonderful. Thanks West Chester CPR!!
