STAY AWAY from this place (Claremont Western Dental) if you have any love or respect for yourself; if you don’t want to hear phrases like “Now are you going to keep your mouth open so I can finish my exam” as you sit in pain. This was verbatim from Dr Ye, like Ye for Yeti? He made me feel ashamed for asking for alleviation of pain. This dentist should not be allowed to continue practicing. Dr Ye needs minimal sensitivity training, or to just catch up with the evolution of man in general if he doesn’t want to get sued in the future. Not only was my pain trivialized but he quoted me inaccurate information as to usage of antibiotics and above all was rude and condescending. I have gotten 2nd opinion from an Urgent Care Dr right after leaving who was flabbergasted at why I wasn’t given pain meds and antibiotics for my gums’ swelling before procedures such as root canal. Shocked doesn’t begin to convey how I felt walking away from that experience. Please STAY AWAY!!!!!

Unprofessional and rude customer service!! Don't waste ur time here!! No respect for customers. Have alot of pain in a tooth they told me they can't help me at all was beyond an emergency and they had no care the receptionist should be replaced with a professional that cares instead of getting treated with no opportunity and hung up on! Don't waste ur time with western at all better goin anywhere else !!!

Great place! Amazingly painless and wonderful employees! I met 2 of the most educated thorough nice dentists in Claremont today! I felt as if they rolled a red carpet out for me! My case plan was presented clearly and they made sure I understood everything. Then started the work same day! Me being a previous Dental Assistant for well over 10 years they made me very comfortable knowing I DO NOT LIKE BEING THE PATIENT!!! Now to get mom in to see them!!! Don't put off what you can do today! ALZHEIMER'S case study shows PLAQUE being a direct cause for infections and this particular type goes straight to the part of our brain that retains our memory! My Auntie just passed not knowing anyone and to watch this woman that I loved and cherished immensely die that way was horrific! Go see Western Dental in Claremont on Indian Hill by 10 freeway!

In December I was robbed and my teeth were knocked out during the robbery. I went to the Western Dental in Claremont do have the teeth replaced and they did nothing other than make this experienced 10 times more traumatic. Its been 4 months and I still have no teeth. I had called and asked them to send a preauthorization to my insurance and they failed to do so then lied about it. At this last appointment they were FINALLY going to take impressions for the dentures so I could get the teeth ive been waiting for for months no. When I tried to make the down payment I was told for the first time that I would need to have more teeth pulled in order to have the partial denture put in, they should have done this month's ago when they pulled my other teeth. So today, instead of taking impressions they were just trying to strong arm me into having the few teeth I have left cleaned. Western Dental does not care about their patients, they only care about lining their pockets with whatever they can get out of your insurance. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
