Westside Regional Park and Campground

Great for fishermen, but not much else. Sites are very close together, mostly dirt with only a little grass, so when it drizzles, everything gets muddy/dirty. Loud dogs barking and kids screaming till late. You can hear conversations in the next tent. Some are up late partying and some up at 5am to go fishing, so I can't recommend for non RVers or perhaps bring ear plugs if in a tent. No ocean view and the Bay is swampy looking this time of year (Late July). Bathrooms are flush, but littered with TP and the shower drain was clogged at one point. If it weren't such a great place for fishermen, I'd give it 1 star.

Very nice campsite and well maintained. The camp host was very attentive and friendly. Great location and close to delicious places to eat and beautiful beaches and hiking trails.

This campground is often referred to as "the fisherman's campground". Located near the harbor and day use boat parking, the campground is functional but lacks the privacy or wind protection of other nearby campgrounds. Plan ahead and make reservations and pay ahead of time since there is no drive-in non-reserved camping and camp host does not handle cash.

I use the boat launch here regularly. Easy way to get out into the harbor and bay for crabbing and fishing. Bathrooms and picnic tables, benches for just chilling on the harbor.
