When we arrived they were closed due to a computer problem. The drive through was open, but front registers were not. We waited a few minutes and a nice employee let us in and took our order and was going to use the drive through register to complete our order, but the computers came back online. My wife had a KFC bowl which she was not impressed with. I had a chicken sandwich. It was pretty good. They seem to have updated some recipes and added several new items to the menu since we last went to KFC. They still have the original recipe as well. We do not have a KFC within 50 miles of our town.

I want to give the gentleman who answered my phone and manger that work there 5+⭐.you all was very patient and talk to me professionally when I called alot of time bc of my order.i appreciate you and would order from you store again.the ppl and all workers there are very nice and care for the customers

Not only do they insult their customers audibly, they are rude on the phone and can't even have a simple online order ready for pickup. If I could rate 0 stars I surely would and can't even get anyone through customer service to answer. Employees need to take lessons in customer service and need a whole new staff.

Food was very greasy...ugh. People were rude, if you don't want to work with people, quit! Let someone have the job that can do it better!
