Chef Carlos really has created a unique dining experience. His talents in the kitchen are world class. The flavors are so interesting and well balanced. I would highly recommend the puposas. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Suggestions were spot on. I am so grateful to have stumbled upon this absolute gem of a family restaurant. DEFINITELY seize your opportunity to dine here! You won’t regret it!

Wonderful!!! The food was absolutely delicious! My husband and I started with the Pupusas and they were perfect. We got one of each flavor and each one was so distinct but went well together. We then shared the sweetbread and paella. First off I could have taken home a whole bag full of that bread 🤣. The paella was beautiful and tasted amazing!!! We finished with the Aeros con leche with coconut milk and it was yum! Also we have to mention Fernando who took wonderful care of us and had great suggestions for food and wine. All the staff made us feel like family and we WILL be back in the future!!

My first time there yesterday to celebrate my girlfriend birthday and we were really impressed! The food is amazing! The chef talents and passion are incorporated into his delicious dishes. It is hard not to lick the plates after you finish eating. The place is cozy, clean and the waitress charm and friendly spirits make it one of the best restaurants in Healdsburg. I will be back.
