They canceled my order an hour b4 the service of my grandmother. Gave them plenty of notice to get it done and 1 hour b4 the service they call and cancel!!!! Of course we need flowers and they are the only ones close enough to the funeral home, so we go in and buy the makeshift ones the have available on the floor. U would think that they would give a discount for canceling our order an hour b4 service n the fact that I still went to this flower shop to get the flowers!!! Nope they did absolutely nothing for us except make things harder. I'd give no stars if I could. Do not recommend, especially when u are going thru such a emotional experience.
