This used to be my favorite laundromat. I travel about 45 minutes to an hour (depending on traffic) to wash my clothes here. It's near my daughter and the gym, the place is usually very clean, the bathroom is decent, and the prices are reasonable. Some dryers are hotter than others, but you learn which ones to use and which ones to avoid. Normally I would have rated this facility between 4 & 5 stars; however today I found myself greatly disappointed. I had about 4 or 5 items that were caked in dry mud. I brushed off as much as I could outside and then I went inside to use the utility sink to try and scrub the rest off before washing in the machine. I normally don't come during the week, but I had been traveling, was sick, and then worked long hours immediately after. So I didn't have the opportunity to tend to these items at home. When I went to use the sink, I was told it wasn't allowed. I explained that I just had a few muddy items that I wanted to wash out before putting them in the machine. I was told that I should have done that at home. I didn't argue with the woman although I'm sure she could tell I was aggravated. I could see it if she asked me to make sure to clean up behind myself so the sink would be clean for the next customer and she doesn't know that I'm a regular; however I have never, in 57 years, ever been told that a sink in a laundromat couldn't be used. Maybe this is not a big deal to others, but it upset me enough to rethink where I'll take my business in the future.

I come here to wash my bed comforters because they have good sized machines. It’s a very nice place to do laundry. Very well kept.
