There were rat feces all over and inside our boxes and bags. Also, my collectable Hello Kitty stuffed animals I wanted to save for my daughter had rat urine and chewed off one of the collectable boxes. Very disappointed since we have been using this space for over 4 years. They need to figure this out and fix it asap!
