Bought a truck through these guys and I can say worst experience of my life. Flew out to get truck that was supposedly in the shop getting ready for pick up just to get there and it’s not ready! Finally get truck after almost 2 months of the original date for it to show up leaking oil. Get truck registered get first load and truck breaks down already in the shop. Wish I could give them zero stars.

First time in a Penske shop. One mechanic (I'm sorry because I don't remember his name) greeted me, explained me the check in procedure . After checking in on a screen, mechanic Francisco asked me what's going on with the truck. He fixed the problem , an easy job to fix, but pretty difficult to figure it out. Very polite and respectful people at this location, but what impressed me a lot, was their will to help, without waiting for someone to ask them to do something.

Front desk was rude. After waiting forever to get the truck, we made it one mile down the road before the engine light came on. Had to turn around and do it all over again. You guys should also offer cargo straps for the box trucks you rent, furniture dollies as well.

Easy check in and check out. If you're dropping off after hours follow the arrows and head in a U shape where it should say Penske return service. You may need to flag down a staff member to make sure they let the office members know of return. Got an easy email that said it was returned.
