The sale representative Mike was excellent. Explained all the good features in the car that I was looking for, arranged a test drive, explained all the servicing rules, took enough time explain all the features in the new car. Also was very clear on the different payment options and made it easy for my decision. Thanks to Mike. Appreciate his efficiency.

Dropped my car on the 4th of July for my radiator fan to be replaced. Service Manager Marc calls me and says he will have his Master Tech Otto look at it. Get a call back and how much to fix, I said to do it. Pick the car up and get it home. Look under the hood and there tech broke the snorkel to my air intake and used electrical tape to fix it. Maybe hoping that I wouldn’t notice. Call Marc up and explain even send him pics. Says he will get back to me never does. Call back says he gave his boss Blanca the pics and they will get back to me. Never heard back. Try calling back on Friday Marc says he will call me back on Monday. Never heard back. I would not recommend them for service on your car.

Bought a 2021 ID.4 from them in January, almost immediatly starting having issues. Suspect there were issues to begin with considering the car sat on the lot for a long time and had a lot of miles on it. I drove 1.5 hours into dealership to have serious safety issues fixed(car randomly slams on breaks, speedometer shuts off/error code advising not to drive vehicle, etc), but they claimed it was illegal to be provided a loaner under 25 in NJ and that I should just "drive slowly" on the way home. Called Trend Motors as they were the next closest dealership in NJ and was provided a loaner car same day and was told minimum age was 21. Recommend you make the drive over to them instead as they were much nicer and more accommodating.

Made a service appointment on Monday for the coming Friday, they called Friday after I dropped my car off on Thursday night and said they would not have time to look at it. Saturday I phoned at 1:30 and still no progress. They said people who wait get first service. How is that right, I clearly made an appointment days before. Now I have to wait till Tuesday to get my car fixed, because the parts aren't available to fix it. When I ask if they had a loaner car, again "I'm sorry" I will never go back, I will find another dealership if I need more warrantee work done!
