I should have read the reviews before we booked this place. Extra charges on CC ,rude employees. Stay away. I'm not even going to explain what happened. Just go somewhere else. Update: like I said before this place is terrible. Just find another hotel and you will be happy you didn't stay here. The male staff were very threatening to the females in the group. We felt like we were visiting one of those countries where women a treated like property. Stay away from this place. Read the other reviews. Extra charges on credit cards after you checkout and one or two rude employees seems to be consistant in the complaints.

I was very impressed and enjoyed my stay here. I am skeptical about budget chain hotels but this BW Had good reviews and Im glad I took a chance. Rooms were very clean and modern. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast was way more than I expected. Would def recommend and will stay here again when in the poconos

Positive: The hotel is fine for a quick stay. The pool makes it! My only issue was the smell of pot in the hallways, and it even seeped into my room.

Great place, clean, great staff (shout out to Priyank, fantastic job man), loved the heated pool and dry sauna. The expired elevator inspection from 2019 was lowkey stressful but other than that it was a great stay. Very relaxing overall, would recommend
