Its nothing like what you might think of when people think of living in a manufactured home park. Ive seen those trailer park shows but thats what that is a trailer park not this! This is a mobile home or now they are called manufactured homes community. Its kept very clean they insist on each of the people who live there follow a strick set of rules. No clutter, your property kept very tidy, no loud music, so on so forth. They have gardeners, and people who clean the laundry matts, pool cleaners, no kids running amok. Its a very nice community of people young and old and they dont tolerate b.s. so think about trailer trash and then think about condo living. This is exactly like condo living but more room and the manufactured homes are super nice inside. Nicer than a condo for sure!

Noone follows the rules and noone does anything about it. People park in fire lane with hazards on for hours and security drives right past and does nothing. Others get their car towed@$400. Really pisses a person off.

Space rent can range from 700 to 856 from my experience but you also have to pay water sewer and garbage and be approved to live in the park first.
Yes I believe so they'll be rented by the owners of them and so you need to either go by the head office still have a list of them or in the newspaper classified
They must be inside dogs. I own a home in the park.
It's a nice community, but there are alot of homeless and tweekers that roam the surounding streets during the day and night. The security patrol that is there at night is no joke. They don't put up with trespassers
