As soon as I stepped in the doors I was greeted by TOM! He was extremely PLEASANT, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. I am very particular and Tom took his time to show me my carpet choices along with various pads. I ended up purchasing all my carpeting and installation from CARPET IN. We moved to Corona last October. Don't know much about carpeting other than online infos. Shopped around 5-6 different carpet stores. Learned a more about it as we shopped along. Once we reached Carpet In, Thomas greeted us (not knowing he is the owner) who is very professional, helpful and knowledgeable, He wasn't pushy. I left the store knowing more about carpeting, and shopped a couple more stores. Carpet In had the best deal and worked around the urgency of installation for 5 bedrooms. He personally did the measurements the following day, installed within 2 days. I am very pleased with all the work!
