I have never had such a bad Mac and cheese from Popeyes like I did the last time I visited here. It was full of oil, barely any macaroni in the cup and the cheese wasn't fully cooked. I asked for a new one and the staff member asked with a big attitude, why I wanted to have it changed and I told him why, he said they're all the same, that changing wouldn't make a difference! Very disappointing!

Best service and friendly people accurate order and warm food like it’s supposed to be. Will be making this location my own even though I live so close to the Addison one with one star reviews. Someone from corporate really needs to take over and straighten that location out or close it!!!

Chicken here is always hard and cold. The fries are always hard and old they have very poor customer service very rude!!
