The three stars is for the ice cream itself, its good ice cream and its definitely a great treat at the end of a hot day. The sundae choices are superb. However customer service leaves a tremendous amount to be desired. Was really shocked at how rude and dismissive the young man was waiting on us, have never encountered that here at this place before.

I like the ice cream but the customer service is severely lacking. I have been several times any the service is always curt. Today I tried to pick up 5 quarts of ice cream but was told I would have to pay an extra dollar for two of them bc they would have to hand pack them. So let’s see if I got this right. You didn’t do your job and were unprepared so I have to pay $2 extra? Will not go again.
