It is one star because I didn’t allowed me zero. I bought an Watch and I had to returned it the same day because it was the wrong one and it won’t work for what I need it ( my kids have health issues and heard that they have an app that my help monitor them) I was upset because I explained why I needed it and they have me the wrong one, anyway I wasted 2 hrs that day and I went back the next day but now I got the right one but I paid $100 extra but this time they couldn’t help me pair it with the cell and on top I wasted 3 hrs. I went home with my watch not working and on top they disable my email account and the manager told me I have to called myself and ask for help through the phone. So why did I waste almost 5 hrs of my time ?? During that time I spoke with 6 different technicians and none of them could help. Until now nothing has been resolved. So frustrated with the Woodland Hills Apple Store. The organization is bad and the manager didn’t help at all and send me home so I can do the work myself.

They keep making you go back-and-forth instead of swapping the phone that is not working, hoping you would run out of warranty. I’m switching back to Samsung. And the store in Topanga mall gets a -10 for customer service. Apple definitely lost it’s customer service.

I had an appointment at 12:10 and arrived 20 minutes early. I was using my lunch break to drop off my computer, a diagnostic test had been done over the weekend and the rep made this appointment for me. I tried to check in but the manager ( didn’t get the name but on this day he was wearing a big sun hat and dark sunglasses) did not allow the rep to check me in. He could only check me in 10 minutes before my appointment. I expressed my disappointment in this policy due to the fact that I still needed time to pick up my lunch and make it back to work, unfortunately the manager had 0 empathy for my situation and gave me a blank stare when I asked him if he could simply check me in so I could make it back to work on time. Needless to say this was a huge disappointment, I did not get to drop off my lap top and I really feel that the manager displayed poor customer service. I have had very bad experiences in this store & northridge is poorly managed as well, it seems that all should take note from the Santa Clarita location as they are very customer service oriented and always make customers feel valued,

If I could give them 0 stars I would Stay away from this location This is the 5th time they give me excuses not to replace my phone They tell me that I need to send out my phone to depo I will also be contacting the BBB and put a complaint The Guinness bar guys are horrible They do what they want and give apple a terrible reputation This is ridiculous I have apple care plus on all my devices It seems like they just want to push their customers out the door Stay away from this store !!!! I would highly recommend to go to other stores and avoid the headache Check all the other reviews this location has I’m not the only one they do this too!!!

When Apple receives their batteries, they receive the batteries with less than 10% charge. The employee probably charged it for a certain amount of time and it happened to reach 55%. It was possibly a coincidence, or they did not change it. Did they tell you anything when you got your phone back?
Apple has very thorough Covid safety practices. They have a barrier that is peopled with those who examine the need of each person who wants to enter. Each person waits in a separate line based on their need. The lines keep people six feet apart. When there is room internally, an individual from a line is brought to the opening in the barrier where their temperature is taken. Then they are allowed in with a mask to ask their question about product, to pick up product, or to get help with repair. When their time there is complete they leave by a different exit.
If possible look it up online. Waiting there can take a long time. Better you pretend to buy something then you get help right away. Also go during off hours for faster service
They do work at cell tech but apple will try to sell you a new one I work in the mall so I know most of the shops and stores
Ok you have to donwload the App or its your bank mistake because they have to make if its you
If you have AppleCare on your present MacBook, then it is likely that they will give you help. But the wait for that help will be longer than just the purchase of the new MacBook.

You have to call the nearest apple store and make an appointment. Make sure to let them know what is wrong with the phone.
Go to apple.com and click on today at apple. Then select the location your interested in and bam... Schedule should load
Anytime before December 31st, 2018 is $29.00 for a battery replacement.
