We live in Indiana, just outside of Chicago, IL and we need to go in for financial counseling. I keep calling this bank to see if they are open and can't get anyone to answer the phone. When I called the "800" number, she said "it's supposed to be open" but said she couldn't verify that it was open or had no way to call them herself🤷‍♀️ A friend called 2 weeks ago and couldn't get anyone on the phone. He called the "800" number and the rep basically told him the same thing. We don't want to drive all the way there and then find out it's closed or they tell us we need an appointment before we can see anyone... Frustrating.
