Speaking to the last representatives he promised to go lower than the first original quote and I really appreciated his honesty. Times are very hard for most everyone. Employers know this and yet still expects a high performance. No problem for me, I will always do my best, but unfortunately our pay checked and not matching our level of performance. On or around July 4, we had a college graduation and my air conditioner was probably the most I ever used it, which was out of my control. Rest assured when the function was over, I jumped right back into my promise. I hope we can renew and continue this relationship long after my term ends. Thank you Charmaine Canton

It's about one year since I subscribed to Inspire energy and I happy to say that I never had any problems or interruption. I'm saving the planet using clean energy, I'm saving money, I'm saving mi self from the stress of looking every couple of months for a different company that offers a better deal and i can proudly say that I'm a part of the business that cares about the world and the future of our children. The costumer service is excellent, it's easy to sign up, you have options of packages to choose from, you can cancel at any time if you want but believe me you won't......

I switched to Inspire based on a flat rate that they were certain would be lower than my current rate with Ohio Edison, and the promise of clean energy. When I got home and read the materials it stated that their company just buys carbon offsets and my electricity was still coal-based. On top of that, I never received an email with my rate after my trial period ended and was hit with a $364 electric bill! Their supplier costs were $80 above what I would have paid through Ohio Edison. I cancelled immediately. What a scam.

Salesman pitched it that my monthly electirc bill would be averaged out to monthly rate and help produce clean energy. Nothing about a membership and absolutely nothing about it doubling and almost tripling my electric bill. And this is a scam to get people to pay for clean energy. I will not pay extra to use clean energy when it raises my electric bill from $100 a month to $297 a month. When I went to cancel I was told it went up because I am off of my "trial" period and it will take two billing cycles to cancel. At which point the representative said it will be on a $5.03 plan for the last two billing cycles. The customer service line had the worst reception and the phone kept cutting in and out. Screw that. I will stick with fossil fuels at that rate. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau. The website is very vague and makes it difficult to cancel this "membership". What a rip off.

I agree, I seen my bill today, first energy, domion & and inspire. I thought they would be my supplier, not add a on
They are professional scammers! I advise you to cancel your service with them because they will continue to steal more and more. be very careful.
Clean energy should send you an email with details
Inspire doesn't have a cancellation fee so you can just call and cancel with no problem
This is a scam... they are basically stealing from you! After 2 or 3 months they will triple your bill and charge you a lot of money. You need to read the real reviews people left on here and you will realize it. Cancel your service with them as soon as possible.
