Winters Coming

I cannot comment on the shopping center since I only went to Capital One Bank and experience was very pleasant. By the looks of it, the place has tons of places to explore. Giving it 4 stars as 3 wouldn't be fair for the lack of my experience there and I cannot give 5 either for the same reason.

The shopping plaza feels like it's dying. It used to be well maintained, but it's now starting to get dirty and that poor maintenance will continue driving customers and businesses away, which is a shame as it is a convenient location.
