I need help with saving account issue and said I forgot the pin so I cant go through the online servise. But they still transfer my call to the system！！！ and then Hang up my phone！！！

My question why it’s difficult to talk to chase personnel in charge in safe deposit section? Can’t talk to branch personnel always remotely transfer to out of state division. Compare to other bank very convenient dealing with bank st branch.
