My daughter visited us and my wife and daughter went there to eat. My daughter left and went home. The only place they both ate was there and both of them are suffering food poisoning. Just added this 2 hours after above review, My brother in law called and said the ambulance took my mother in law to Overlook hospital last night at 3am. She was with my daughter and wife and my mother in law had a little of my wife's meal. To be clear, this is the first time the three were together in weeks and they ate only at panera.

Good ambience. Not very friendly workers. For some reason, this panera keeps all the coffee cups behind the counter whereas all other paneras keep them outside.

Will never go back to this stire. Store gave me a wrong order. I ordered in-person at the store for pickup a Margherita flatbread for my son. They gave me a Pepperoni flatbread instead. Only found out about the wrong order when I went to pick my kid from his class. We are vegetarian so couldn't eat that flatbread and had to throw it. I tried calling store multiple times that evening but no one picked up the phone. Tried again in the morning during off-peak hours but still no one picked up phone. Had to call a customer service number off their website to get a refund issued.
