Positive: I was in room 228 -the air conditioner did not work and a noisy vagrant neighbor played loud music with the door open at night. I was told they have tried evicting her but to no avail. Room was nice otherwise. Negative: I was moved to 134 but that room small, poorly lit, not clean and had no coffee cofee maker. Also the "continental" breakfast turned out to be a packaged roll and bottle of juice--thats not what a continental breakfast is--FALSE ADVERTISING!

Positive: The room and bathroom were clean, bed was comfortable. Negative: In the balcony there were cigarettes butts and two half empty cans of beer. The stairway to my room was dingy and filthy. The place is litterly in a route and you have to wait to leave, the beds i did not trust one bit, the service was horrible since they never gave the food and its 10:30. They have bad service and the main room legit smells like a weed room

My husband and I stay was alright..the bed was comfortable and we slept well. Our room came with a balcony which we stood and looked up at the mountains There's a TV, microwave and refrigerator in the room. There's no pool, gym or breakfast offered. Bathroom is very small. Overall, the room were clean and friendly customer service.
