I just want everyone to know how badly I felt after I left today. I ordered a sandwich and an iced coffee. The bill was 7 and some odd change. I gave the young boy a ten and said keep the change he said, " wow a whole 2.07!". I felt terrible, normally u only tip servers a good amount because they live on tips! I wasn't dining out they just gave me a sandwich. I felt horrible.

Do not waste your time. Got a latte. Opened lud and it was half full with a quarter inch of gray foam on top. Tasted burnt.

I asked for a coffee with cream and sugar...I got it back and a toasted bagel with butter.. forgot the butter. This is not the first time but will be the last

We use to go here a lot! It is convenient.Not anymore, we keep thinking when we go it Will get better. But, it doesn’t. The coffee, the lattes, are lukewarm at best. We’ve already gotten a plain coffee when it should have been lattes. And ,we’ve gotten the wrong change a few times! So now we are definitely going to Starbucks because it is worth the trip.

I received 3 different numbers as no one actually wants to help. When you call the correct one it will say the following “our office is currently closed, we are open mon-fri 7AM to 7PM please contact us via email” something along those lines. I called at about 11AM. I’d say forget Dunkin Donuts. They’re slipping slipping slipping. Has become the worst when it comes to customer service.
