Recently attempted to place an order via doordash, only to have the order cancelled close to a half an hour after being accepted. If you can't do the job, don't accept the order. I could have easily placed an order to another restaurant if Sal's hadn't waited 30 minutes to cancel.

Placed an online order. Arrived and was told no order ever came through and then the employee just stood there, hands in pockets, shrugging shoulders instead of maybe saying something like, “let’s get your stuff made while you sort it out through Door Dash.” I told him I canceled the Door Dash order and asked him to make my food and I’d pay for it in store. He refused. More shoulder shrugs and hands in pockets. So I left after 5 mins of asking him to make food for me. As I walked out the door I asked him yet again, are you sure you don’t want my order? It’s $40.” He said “nope.” Don’t trust a business not interested in making money (or food). Guess I’m going to another place in this strip mall for dinner instead.

Ordered a meatlovers pizza with ricotta cheese, for delivery, was called and said they didn’t have sausage, I said just replace that with pepperoni. I was delivered a delux pizza. Tried to call to resolve but I was told I got what I got. Don’t do business with this company. Photos are attached. 50$ bucks for something I didn’t order is rediculous.

My first experience with them and probably my last. My order was delivered with parts missing. There is some sort of liquid in the pizza box. So the bottom of the pizza is both soggy and a little on the burned side. Maybe it's a fine place to walk in and grab a slice, but don't waste your time getting a delivery from them.We do our best to deliver great food, but seriously dropped the ball on your order. Please know we're very sorry, and we hope you give us a second chance.
