I signed up for auto-ship based on the company promise that you get a free gift with auto-ship orders, and at first, that's what happened. Then I started receiving the orders with no free gift. I called and was told it's every other order. But still no gift on the next order. Called again, and now being told it's every few orders. I explained to the rep that this is classic 'bait & switch' where customers are lured with promises, and then once we join, things change to where the promise is not kept. So she put me on hold and came back & told me it's occasional gifts after the first, 2nd & 4th order(??). Alastin needs to be transparent with customers, and if they make a promise, then change it, they should directly inform the current auto-ship clients so that we dont have the expectation of the original promise. Its not enough to expect us to check the website every month to see if the promise has been deleted. Also, to be told 3 different things from reps indicates that its not a very well communicated policy with their reps. I'd give a zero star for this kind of deceptive practice, but the products are very good. So 2 stars
