I signed up for the membership. Im not that impressed. It misses a lot on the back of the car and a small amount on the front. Dryer does very little. I have to go home and do the windows and clean up the spots that are missed. Unless it improves, I will cancel. UPDATE: I received a response from corporate saying the local car wash would call me about my review. They sent me an email asking me to call them but their hours are my work hours. I emailed corporate back explaining I couldn't reach them. They said to respond to email from local car wash. I did. Never heard anything back. Im going to cancel membership.

Very expensive for a car wash unless you purchase a monthly membership. Even then you would have to go at least 4 times to be cost effective. Also not happy that the car wash doesn't clean the back of the minivan. Would expect it to be cleaned better.

First time using this car wash and I’m disappointed. Nice employees but the mid level wash left a lot of dirt on my car, front/rear & windshield.

The overall cleanliness of the car is always excellent, but there should be no reason staff members are taking payment and not controlling the flow of traffic. Me and my wife have an unlimited membership, but constantly have people cutting us off going into the car wash resulting in us not getting what we paid for or vice versa. We have been trying to figure out how they know who gets what type of wash and by using the tire shine at the end, today I figured out that they don’t keep up with it. Part of my membership is the tire shine each time, and the past two times I’ve had someone cut me off, I have not gotten it. A simple solution to this issue is have the cashiers control the flow since they are already standing outside.
