Terrible customer service. Depending on the person braiding your hair, you won’t get the style you want how you wanted it. They’re money hungry and rude. I won’t be coming back

I enjoyed my experience today. The facility is nice, neat and clean. I was seated immediately and the young lady proceeded to do my hair. All of the staff were friendly and attentive to their clients. Unfortunately, I forgot the young ladies name that braided my hair. She was the 👌🏽 BEST ! Always insuring that I was comfortable, pleased with my hair and making sure that the style was meeting my expectations. They offer hair care products, bonnets, hats, caps, sunglasses, makeup and hair jewelry for sale. Which was great; able to make a few purchases myself. Wonderful experience, I look forward to making this my permanent hair braiding shop and recommending this shop to family and friends.

I tried this place because I figured box braids are pretty standard and very easy to do for a braiding business. Ha! But to my surprise my box braids were not only parted very sloppy throughout, but the braids themselves were different sizes -which was often pointed out when I showed off my hair to people. Annoying because I paid full price. Not to mention my braider had an attitude the entire time annnnnd require other braiders to help her because it was taking an extended time. It was a stressful environment, maybe that’s why my hair turned out like the way it did…. No customer service, like they are doing me a favor. Will never go back !!!!!!!

Overall, a solid job & extremely professional! I will say, this is the first time ever receiving knotless braids that hurt? Usually they are flowy and light. However, my hair feels heavy? Definitely would recommend.
