They have ZERO integrity. Do not trust them! They damaged my antique Chinese furniture then lied about it and said it was that way when I gave it to them. Horrible people to deal with! I had to threaten them with a lawsuit!

Bonhams has been harassing me through email and phone calls for the past week regarding my sales tax documentation. They have been threatening me with non paying bidder reports, they have called me saying I am required to pay tax even though they have accepted my tax forms (two separate resale permits from two separate states; both valid.) and removed tax on the invoice and the invoice is already paid for. They have yelled at me on the phone, told me my business is closed (it isn’t.) told my my license isn’t valid (it is.) and when called out on their lies, they accept the license and payment. Until the next day; where they call and threaten me again and say I’m required to pay tax before they ship to me. I will never, ever shop at bonhams again in my life. This is the most disorganized bunch I’ve ever encountered in my life. I cannot wait until this firm closes their doors for good.

this company is overflowing with incompetent people who don't have the slightest clue how to manage customer relations.....and gouge their buyers and sellers indiscriminately.....there are 50 better run auction companies in america.....run, run, run away from these incompetents.
