Positive: The Hotel was marketed as a hill top hotel over the water with amenities. It was literally NONE of those things. I would not have characterized it as even a 1 star hotel, and it was neither "hill top" nor "over the water." The whole thing was a fraud! Positive: Location Negative: Bugs in room, some damage, toilet paper roller damaged, very hard bed how do I ask for TV remote.

Positive: Location was wonderful for the purpose of our visit. Negative: The shower could use a deep cleaning, little bleach sprayed on and rinsed would work. Towels were very thin and no hand towels or wash clothes in the room. No breakfast because of Covid. Some places I have been if not offering breakfast leave muffins etc
