One of the most beautiful nature themed children's playgrounds iv ever seen. Some summer camps going on right now. Saw them during the week. Lovely walking trail under 2 miles with plenty of nature trails throughout to add to distance and adventure the round about trail provides. Love the different environments exhibited. Please respect the fragile environment's and keep out of the stream as it's to observe aquatic habits. Walking trails and a short boardwalk are great for bird and plant ID hikes.

Cute little trails with lots of offshoots if you like to do a little exploring! We found 11 species of mushrooms on our late May hike, including some dead man's fingers(so cool) and witch's butter. Paths could be wet in some areas so bring waterproof shoes!

Yes, while we were there 2 women were walking the trail with their medium/large size dog. On and off leash (we think his leash broke during their walk😁). If im not mistaken there's doggie bags to pick up if your pup does his/her business. I personally didn't see any signs stating dogs weren't allowed but I didn't have mine so i wasn't paying close attention. Hope this is helpful!!
No gift shop. Just a nice place to walk trails & enjoy nature.
