Barbra does an amazing job grooming my dog And handles her with care and lovingly. My dog gets very nervous but does very well here and comes out beautiful and fluffy!

I was standing in line with a small dog crate while 9 months pregnant while 3 associates were talking. Apparently the line I was at was closed because a different customer went to the line next to me and got rung up. I'm standing there looking at you and your looking back it's professional curiosity to tell me I'm standing in the wrong line that you'll help me over here. Employees need to be trained on mannerism.

Great selections and needs for all your pets. Friendly staff. Lowered the stars rating for 2 reasons. Not having ample Soulistic wet pouches and the 30 cents increase from $1.39 to $1.69 Simply Outrageous!!!
