I had a nail in my tire, waiting hr was 45mins to 1hr. I didn’t have too wait that long, they were very professional with it. I liked the waiting area did my office work while waiting, they have kids play area too for your kids

The store manager, Gabriella, is the most reliable and customer centric person I have seen so far in over 35 years of my experience. She took ownership of my BMW issue with an axle problem, and followed through until it was fixed perfectly. Considering the runaround I had from other Mavis store after the replacement and with 1 year warranty, I can only say she earned a 100% loyal customer who will make the shop my default go to place. Try out the shop, you will find it the same for yourself!

Gabby is the absolute best and her team is excellent. Flanders isn't the closest Mavis shop to where I live (there's 3 closer), but it's the only one I'll go to. Gabby has helped me on all types of cars I own, including Mercedes, Porsche, Ford, Jeep and Honda. She gets things done ... fast, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and excellent customer service. Tires, 4-wheel alignments and other maintenance services ... Gabby always gives her recommendations and alternate options. Thanks again!

The Mavis on rt206 in Flanders has been putting tires on my cars now for the past few years. I never had a problem with my tires or the work that was performed on my cars. Everything was done in a timely manner and they always kept me informed on the status of my cars. Gabrielle is absolutely fantastic.
