I felt like employee's mannerisms weren't all that great and felt like her answers were in a tone.kept explaining I've never been here before and she just kept asking questions as if I had been. Kept asking what kind of packages I wanted, but I had no idea what kind of beds or services they had. Never told me there was a timer on a bed ( the place I usually go to doesn't have one) so I lost 2-3 minutes off my 12 minutes (that's the highest you can go) because I went to the bathroom and put on lotion. So I feel like I wasted $11. Won't be going back there, due to customer service. And it wasnt busy, or I'd completely understand the lack of helpfulness. The bathroom and facility itself was clean. Felt like I was walking through the maze to find my bed number, again I've never been here before so hadn't really known what to expect.
