The doctor doesn't seem to be very competent in my opinion. Wouldn't come here for an eye exam. Also they said the glasses would be ready in 2-3 weeks but took over 4 weeks.

Eye City was great! Super prompt-didn’t have to wait past my appointment time. Dr. Kha knows what she’s doing and was very patient and explained everything to me thoroughly. Added bonus is that they had my annual supply of contacts in stock-at other providers I’ve have to order and wait and then make a second trip to pick up. Overall great visit (and honestly my vision is so bad I don’t usually enjoy the eye doctor annual visit)!

I have been coming to Dr.Kha at Eye City Optometry for many years now… probably 8+. She has always been thorough, thoughtful and very professional. Over the years she has helped me select great frames for my petite face and she has impeccable style and taste. I often got many compliments on my regular and sun glasses. Her assistants are also very kind and considerate. Today Yousef took the time to explain and measure everything without rushing. He was very good and detailed. I highly recommend this office for regular and medical check ups.

Stay away from this place. They made me a pair of glasses, prescription wasnt correct. The coating on the glasses are defected too. They are not professional and rude. The option barely knows what he is doing. He's super slow and keeps repeating the same lies over and over. I used to work in a lab making glasses for Lenscrafters for over a decade so I'm familiar with making glasses. Do yourself a favor and go to another location for your glasses. look at the photo with coating coming off. That's just defective manufacturing. Go to Lenscrafters, you get a better costumer support and a better treatment.

Getting an eye exam shouldn't hurt in anyway. However, it can be uncomfortable for some patients who are sensitive to eyedrops or things near their eyes. Luckily, any discomfort would be minimal and brief.
Hi John, Are you requesting a new eye exam or a report of a previous eye exam? We do not see your name listed in our database. -Thanks.
