I just bought my first travel trailer, and needed somewhere to store it. A-1's rate, if I pay for a quarter in advance, beat some locations I found that were five to ten times further away from me. They don't have a sanitary dump station, which would've been nice, but their layout and the way it integrates into the streets around them makes their lot surprisingly easy to get in and out of, even with a pretty ridiculously sized trailer. The parking area is well arranged, well-maintained, and paved with tamped-flat gravel, with no visible ruts and even clear and neatly painted lines denoting the edges of each space. It's almost impossible to miss the many camera stations all over the lot, which inspires a lot of confidence. The staff have so far been great to work with. The workflow is mostly done on paper, and there is a physical facility key, but they've been very responsive and flexible and I can't imagine that doing things digitally would offer much improvement. Signup was very straightforward, and we walked through how best to get my trailer into its space in the lot and test-parked it to make sure it would fit easily. I could not be more pleased. Well, okay, technically maybe I could be a little more pleased, but it'd take me some effort to even think how.
