Food was cold, order was incorrect and you could tell the food was old and nowhere near fresh. On top of that, the customer service was horrible to the point of no engagement other than shoving my bags of food at me out of the drive thru window.

This is my son's fave place to eat. We get the 4 for 4 that includes a sandwich, drink, fries and nuggets for only $4. This works for us when we are low on cash and most of the time the food is fresh, especially at the White Oak location. Sometimes they miss details in our order but all you need do is ask them to correct it.

Came here tonight, after another restaurant closed while I was waiting in the drive thru 🙄.. The line was long, however, it moved rather quickly (surprisingly). My order was accurate and freshly made. I notice that there are young (high schoolers) working now. It’s great bc they are efficiently moving the drive thru line (this isn’t the first time I’ve been in a long line and they moved it quickly).It’s obvious that the manager has their stuff* together bc their training of these young workers-well, it speaks for itself. You guys are picking up the slack that these other burger joints are causing. The result are in: you’re the number one burger slayer on this block! 🙌 Keep it going, please! 🎵 Go burger slayer, it’s yo birthday, go, go,go! 🎼 🤪 ❤️
