I was in 2 times for an upper respiratory infection. Everyone was very nice. The girl who took my symptoms for the doctors was very nice. The doctors listened to my concerns and worked with me in order to find the best treatment for my needs. I appreciate everyone there who helped me.

Absolute Professionals with a kind caring attitude! I called before I arrived was answered with a caring attendant who answered my questions with such a great attitude. I arrived and met the sweetest gentleman who made me feel very welcome! The waiting room is clean big and spacious, and quiet. I needed some help with my situation as I am a tower health patient, this was the place for me. I was kept well informed when I would be seen and the wait was not long. Once in the doctors office things went quickly and the young lady who took my information was absolutely kind sweet and smart. Having listened to my problem she took my vitals and made me feel very comfortable. Once I was ready the doctor would be with me shortly she was taking care of another patient. That wait was very short. Met with the doctor discussed my problem in length and took tests and a course of action that would help me till I can communicate with my doctor this week. What a great first experience!!! I appreciate the help and pray this place will be here for a long time. I cannot thank them enough!!! I will definitely recommend them and thank them for all the kindness. I had a great first experience.

Our first visit. Clean inviting waiting room. Was told to sign the clip board, take a seat and would be called up. Two groups walked in after us and were immediately registered. My son then went up and registered and was told it would be about a 45 minute wait. The people who came in after us were seen before us. We were there over 3 hours. The care was adequate, but the experience at the reception desk was not. Disappointing.

I had a wonderful experience with this urgent care facility in Oaks. The staff was very helpful, kind, caring and attentive. Was even prepared to contact our provider with lab results on our behalf. They went as far as to following up after our visit. Thank you Tower Health for taking great care of us.
