I called on Friday to be picked up from repair place on Monday. They were suppose to be the 8:30am. At 8:45am nobody showed up. Called and they did not have me in to be picked up. They sent someone out. I get there to pick up car. It is through insurance claim so I was told I had put down. I knew this because the insurance claim rep sent me email. It stated a creatin amount. I called Enterprise rep on Friday to confirm. The amount was the same the insurance rep sent in email. I get there and the amount is different. When I let them know that the amount was different. They would not honor the amount. I left and rented somewhere else. Another company that honored the original amount Enterprise would not. So sad. They lost the business. Unwilling to give great customer service cost them. They seemed not to be concerned I was without a vehicle. Even though the insurance was paying full for rental. The insurance rep even spoke with them and they would not bend. I was told the manager and assist. Manager was there and neighter could do anything to help. It's our policy. Understand policy but I also know someone can make decision based on different situations. So sad that people have gotten to be so incenitive to to giving great customer service. It is a lost value. Perhaps they should read "Give them the extra pickles." Great read and great listen in EXCELLENT customer service. If it was 1 dollar hold fee I would never come back here.

Took a long time to find the keys. Also even though we did not have the car for more than 5 hours we were charged for an extra day. Double the price of $101.00.

Five stars all day long. Staff was amazing and accommodating even though I needed my car 5 hours earlier. They understood the need, acted accordingly & didn't skip a beat in customer service. Hats off to Mohammed & Keely --- please forgive me if I spelled that wrong but the crew at the Lemon Grove office deserves praise.

Make sure the Bluetooth works in the car because I rented a car for a weekend and the Bluetooth did not work and I was told it well
Call them directly and make sure you are up front with them in case of an accident and liability as mentioned
