Convenient location and very friendly and helpful staff. For the on sale items, they often run out of stock in the evening. The online clipping coupons are super inconvenience and often not applied when check out. Often need to check the receipts to ensure the right discount prices are applied or need to talk to the management to ask for price adjustment.

The cashiers know their customers, and most items are in stock, but there is always a shortage of small carts. Love that they have baggers who will assist happily help the elderly and disabled.

Update: If only the store would have more customer service people like the ones that respond on social media then there would be No PROBLEMS! It’s useless to reach out to the store since I’ve done this so many times. Time to train staff better or change some of them. Awful customer service! I bought into that 75$ a year membership for delivery and pick up and encountered nothing but problems. Won’t mention the fact we get rotten produce each time. We’re a gluten free family and we ask for no substitutions - we still get gluten substitutions. Several times our orders have been given to other customers -again , why? And the latest is when we didn’t pick up the order they conveniently ‘forgot’ to refund the money even after I called and asked them too . Basically - stay away

So came to pick up a Phone order, the order is supposed to be ready at 5:58 PM I have arrive to the store on time I walked in and the order still not ready it is 6:05 PM right now and the order is not ready and I’m still waiting and they do not have any ETA as of right now. It is so frustrated that you place an order online hours before and you’re right the expected time not only I had to walk in inside the store but the order is not ready. So very disappointed. Staff appropriately please. I hate coming to this store now. Had to g
