I’ve been a customer and reward member for several years now, this is my first experience that was horrible, walked into the Sinclair lane store to see security chilling at door. Employees gathered talking . Store completely empty. I was the only customer at the time in the store.I asked them is that why they weren’t answering the phone , she responded yes we’re not answering because they’re having a Jordan sale. I felt it was very un professional to inform a customer in that manner. The young lady that came from the back with my shoes, told me she Didn’t have the size I came for in stock. The customer service rep. On monument st (DTLR)tried calling there location several time, after locating 2 pairs online at there store location. Another male associate has the nerve to laugh and say oh they’re gonna hurt your feet. Instead of trying to locate the shoes there suppose to have in stock. I made my purchase and left this location a little frustrated by the way the associates in this location behaved. Very unprofessional, disrespectful and complete disregard for a paying customer who drove miles to get to said location. But I guess if ur not buying JORDANS you don’t matter as a customer. I want to thank the team at DTLR monument st location DTLR mountain Rd location For having the best customer service ( 5 stars)

On Labor I took my seven of family members to this business to buy as many shoes and boots as we can get. The problem began as soon as we picked out our shoes and sat down. Nobody waited on us until my mom, whom is disabled, yelled out that she needed some help. We finally got an associate to help us but they seemed as though they didn't want to work. We all asked for shoes and boots but they claimed that they didn't have it in our sizes. Okay, so I asked, "If you don't have the shoes in stock, could we order it in store and have the shoes sent to our house." The associate smirked at me and said, "No!" No explanation of what you can do, just No! I'm not trying to sound entitled but throughout these tough times businesses need to thrive. I can understand not wanting to work but in a sales position you have to show the customer that have a positive attitude, willing to help and make that sale. Also when the customer leaves the establishment, they'll want to come back and do business but not me. This place place was strictly unprofessional my and myself and I spoke to brother about the my experience and he agreed. I not my family will ever shop here again.
