This place by far has one of the worst managers working here, she sighs the entire time youre in the location about you trying on frames. She had a mouthful of who knows what when she talks to you, and didn’t get up from the front desk to help us! Then she charged us for a warranty for the glasses we NEVER asked for!

I have never been disappointed by the outstanding services of the blonde long hair woman. She treats pearl vision as if it was her very own business. She has always gone above and beyond when it comes to customers services. She is honest to tell me which pair of glasses look great on me and which ones don't. She also let's me know of additional options when it comes to eye wear too. Such as transitions lenses or bifocals. Pearl Visions should be so very proud to have such an excellent caring employee to run their business. Her kindness needs to be packaged and passed onto other businesses. Customers would never have complaints. They would leave with a smile and be happy to return.

Ms Gazdich Took her time to help my son find the best frames to fit him, considering he is in between kids and adults sizes. She gave us good honest advice in order for us to find the right frame for him. She offered and did not push any extras and found the best price using our insurance. Always a great experience with her which is why we go back every time

I have been coming to Dr. Maureen Mulac for years. She is a great doc and kind and friendly. However, the receptionist is a different story. She is rarely friendly, and at times, even surly. But whatever, I usually just ignore it. Today I called for an appointment, as usual. She grumbled her way through the process, as usual. After scheduling, she asked what insurance I had When I told her, she laughed (quite condescendingly) and said, "we don't take that." Confused, as I had been coming there for years, I stammered a bit. I felt embarrassed because of how she laughed at me. I said I wasn't sure why that would be and said I was sorry after all of these years I would have to switch eye doctors, she said OK and hung up! I then called a different doctor who also had not heard of my insurance but kindly asked a few questions about the insurance provider and easily got to the Provider Network name within seconds and I was able to get an appointment. In this time of division and isolation, a little bit of kindness means a lot. It's a shame that these really kind doctor's lost customers due to the unkindness of their receptionist.

Questions & Answers

With covid do you have to make an appointment or do they still take walk-ins. I just need to get my sons pupil distance.

I think you can still walk in for that. Call ahead though. The hours may have changed
