How long is temporarily closed? It's been almost a month to do any banking service! Why is this branch closed and employees working in Santee? Should I switch banks to ones that are open and located in Alpine?

Horrible customer service...some goofy lady refused to cash my payroll check...which is drawn on a wells fargo account...without any explanation at all. Thanks for nothing scum bags
